concerts

I started photographing concerts in 2004, and I've been lucky enough to go out on some pretty amazing tours. These are photos I shot for me, of musicians I love, whose music helped shape my life.

Like the wild horse work, I was documenting something magic, rare and meaningful to me. I always shoot my best work when I have a love for and connection to my subject, which is certainly the case with Carole King, James Taylor, and the legendary musicians in their bands.
